For Houses: Planning documentation (if applicable), BER Certificate and NPPR (where relevant).

For Apartments / Managed Developments: Management Company details, Service charge information and MUD replies.

Our Pre-Sale Legal Package is offered at a fee of €400 + VAT, which covers the preparation of your contract and all associated legal work in advance of your sale.

If you decide to proceed with Jacob Law LLP for the sale of your property, this fee will be fully credited to your final account.
