We are now hiring a Case Manager — and this role is ideally suited but not exclusive to professionals from banking, mortgage services, financial services and real estate who understand property transactions and client relationships.

At Jacob Law, you will operate at the legal side of the transaction — managing conveyancing files under solicitor supervision while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

The Role

As a Case Manager, you will:

• Run a pipeline of conveyancing files under the supervision of our legal team
• Be the main point of contact for clients, banks and estate agents
• Drive transactions forward proactively
• Manage timelines and ensure all parties are aligned
• Deliver clear, confident and professional communication
• Maintain exceptional organisation and file accuracy

This is a structured, high-performance environment where organisation, ownership and client care are critical.

Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Ideally have experience in estate agency, banking, mortgage processing or financial services
• Are used to managing high volumes of active transactions
• Thrive on deadlines and structured processes
• Have excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service

Legal experience is not essential. Transactional experience and professionalism are.
