If you’re planning to purchase a property at auction, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit and sign a binding contract. That’s why you should always consult with us in advance.

LOAN

You will have to make sure you have everything the bank will need from you, so you don’t get into any difficulties or delays with the loan.

We can help with advising you and following up with the bank on your loan. We can also advise you what will happen if you skip a loan repayment or cannot make repayments.

OWNERSHIP

We can advise on property purchase:

  • On your own name
  • On the joint name
  • With the spouse

We can also advise you on what rights your co-purchaser, civil partner or spouse will have once the property is purchased, what happens in the event of death.

WHICH DOCUMENTATION WILL WE REQUIRE FROM YOU AT START?

You will have to provide us with your:

  • Identity evidence (e.g. passport, driving licence, bill, bank statement)
  • Marriage certificate/separation agreement or judicial separation order/a decree of divorce or decree of dissolution of civil partnership – whichever applies to you
  • PPS number
